3 Ways to Improve Your Life
1. Make your bed Your mother would love me for saying this, but it's the truth! I had heard of this strategy multiple times before actually trying and my initial thoughts were "Well, why would I make my bed if I'm going to sleep again tonight and mess it all up ". But when I finally decided to give it a go these past few months, the results were incredible. Immediately starting your day with a WIN builds huge amounts of momentum leading to greatness throughout the day. It also psychologically prepares you to engage into a WINNERS mentality, ultimately increasing productivity in the day to come.
2. Cold Showers For the past 2 months I've been beginning and ending my showers with cold water. I have done this in the past, but consistently doing this for a long period has brought great benefits. Beginning my day with a cold shower after making my bed makes me feel invincible! I already have 2 wins from the day and the cold water has truly woken me up! Cold showers have scientifically been proven to, increase will power, reduce stress levels, increase immunity and a variety of other great benefits.
3. Meditation It's no secret that meditation has some amazing benefits and I highly recommend it. For me the clarity that comes post meditation is remarkable. It gives me a clear idea of what I want to do in the day, and also in the future. It's a greatly beneficial exercise.
